A Stratford man has been arrested after police say he brutally assaulted a woman inside her Danbury home. Investigators say 37 year old Luis Carlos Cepeda attacked the woman on March 1, slamming her head into a counter and floor during a fight over an unpaid drug debt. The woman suffered severe facial injuries. Cepeda, already known to police as a drug dealer, was caught on a neighbor’s Ring camera near the scene. He now faces charges including assault, threatening, and disorderly conduct . Cepeda is now behind bars, with bond set at $10,000.
