A 19 year old Newtown man is facing multiple charges after police say he attacked a person with a knife during a domestic dispute, then tried to steal a food delivery vehicle. Officers say Stephen Wengart fled a Park Lane home Tuesday night and was later found on Apple Blossom Lane, where he allegedly assaulted a delivery driver and tried to take the car. Both the driver and Wengart were injured. Wengart was taken into custody and arraigned Wednesday on $1 million bond.
