Lamont Sets Special Elections for Three Retiring Probate Judges

Governor Ned Lamont has ordered special elections to fill the seats of three retiring probate judges in Connecticut. The elections will take place November 4, the same day as the general election, to avoid added costs for local governments. Winners will serve out the remainder of the current terms, which all end January 5, 2027. Judges Mark DeGennaro, Evelyn Daly and Peter Barrett are set to retire over the next year.
