Connecticut’s Secretary of the State Accused of Ethics Violations Over Voter Roll Issues

Connecticut Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas is facing ethics complaints from Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. The group alleges Thomas ignored evidence of deceased, duplicate and nonresident voters on rolls, violating state and federal election laws. The complaint, filed with the State Elections Enforcement Commission, claims Thomas failed to enforce voter roll maintenance and oversight of registrars. Fight Voter Fraud is calling for a full investigation and accountability, saying the state’s election integrity is at risk.
