Connecticut State Rep. Raghib (Rah-hib) Allie-Brennan is facing a second larceny charge in as many months. Bethel police say the 34-year-old lawmaker turned himself in Monday on a warrant and was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Last month, Allie-Brennan was accused of shoplifting from a Target store. He claimed he forgot to scan items while rushing to visit a relative in the hospital. He’s due back in court August 5. Police have not released details about the new charge.
