Former Superintendent Sal Pascarella returned to Danbury for the ribbon cutting of the new Danbury High School West campus, calling it the fulfillment of a vision he first outlined in 2019. The $164 million, 266,000-square-foot building is designed to ease overcrowding and serve as a career academy. The new school will open August 26 to 10th and 11th graders, eventually serving 1,400 students.
