Police say 25 year old Dane Clark Green Jr. of Bethel choked and threatened to kill a 61 year old woman during an incident that took place in New Milford. The victim told investigators Green attacked her three times, leaving her unconscious after one assault. A witness pulled him away. Green faces charges including strangulation, assault, and threatening. A judge released him on a promise to appear and issued a protective order requiring him to stay away from the victim.
