Across the state line in New York, a school resource officer in Somers was pulled from duty after posting remarks on Facebook about the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Officer Tanisha Blanche wrote posts that officials say glorified violence… something that school officials there say were unacceptable for someone tasked with protecting students. The Westchester County Police Department says another officer will be assigned to the school beginning today.
