24 year old Adam Bryan Bowditch of Newtown is scheduled for arraignment at state Superior Court in Danbury. He faces charges of risk of injury to a child, tampering with evidence, and disorderly conduct after a July 22 incident at the Newtown Community Center. Bowditch turned himself in on an outstanding warrant Oct. 1 and was released after posting 7 percent of a $2,500 bond.
