A Danbury developer is seeking approval to build 13 luxury homes on a 54-acre property off Bonnie Vu Lane in New Milford. The project, called Evergreen Estates, would sit on a scenic ridgeline overlooking Washington. Plans include four-bedroom homes on two- to three-acre lots, with nearly 40 percent of the site preserved as open space. Town boards will review the proposal in November.
