32 year old Edwin W. Baldwick of New Milford was arrested at a Federal Road hotel in Danbury on a charge of soliciting a sexual act. Police say Baldwick admitted to arranging a meeting with a woman at the hotel. He was scheduled to be arraigned yesterday at state Superior Court in Danbury.
