Ridgefield police charged two men Thursday after an inspection found illegal cannabis and nitrous oxide products at Village Smoke Shop on Main Street. 52-year-old Barjinder Singh of Southport faces possession with intent to sell, while 26-year-old Naga Vanga of Bridgeport was charged with a restricted substance violation. Both were released on $10,000 bond and are due in Danbury Superior Court on November 7. Authorities say the case is part of an ongoing crackdown on illegal drug sales at local smoke shops.
