Bethel officials have approved a 22,000-square-foot window and door factory by Norwalk-based Skyview Builders in the town-owned Clarke Business Park. The project, which will require blasting rock and building a 24-foot retaining wall, is expected to create 20-to-30 jobs. The factory is the first of two planned Skyview developments on adjacent industrial lots, with a larger manufacturing building proposed next door.
