Danbury Apartment Complex Sells For $152 Million In Major Real Estate Deal

A Danbury apartment complex has sold for nearly $152 million in one of Connecticut’s biggest housing transactions. FPA Multifamily bought the 466-unit Crown Point Apartments on Saw Mill Road from National Property REIT Corp. The complex, now renamed Arrive Danbury, features a pool, fitness center, and community space. The sale produced a 19 percent return for the previous owner, who bought the property in 2018 for just over $108 million.
