A Connecticut judge ruled Friday that 57 year old Kimberly Sullivan can access her 32 year old stepson’s new name, location, and medical information as part of her defense. Sullivan faces charges of assault, kidnapping, and cruelty to persons after allegedly holding him captive for 20 years. The judge warned Sullivan she may face contempt charges if she shares the details outside her legal team.
