New Milford zoning officials are raising concerns about the design of a proposed 4,300 square foot classroom barn at Sullivan Farm. The town-funded project would anchor a new agricultural education campus but is missing an elevator and has only one restroom. Officials say the blueprints must be revised before approval. The commission will review the plan again November 18.
