A routine traffic stop in Wilton turned into a drug bust. Police arrested 56 year old Todd Fraiser after a K9 detected narcotics in the vehicle. Officers seized about 5.4 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 0.24 grams of suspected heroin, and drug paraphernalia. Fraiser faces two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, with bond set at $2,500 and a court date of Nov. 24 in Stamford.
