A group of investors picked up a retail building on Newtown Road in Danbury for $1.68 million and plans to open a new laundromat there by spring. Danbury Laundry Properties bought the 5,600-square-foot site and will convert it into a Love in Every Fold laundromat. The property dates back to 1975 and had been owned by a Glastonbury company now in forfeiture.
