New Milford Businessman Resolves Zoning Violations

A New Milford businessman has cleared zoning violations tied to stockpiled landscaping materials on undeveloped land near the Kimberly Clark plant. Town officials now say all materials were removed from required buffer zones. Michael Whitcomb agreed to add fencing, new plantings, and eliminate gravel storage areas. With those steps, the town signed off, allowing him to legally store equipment and park construction vehicles on the property.
