Connecticut Institute for Communities is pushing to hit a $100,000 Giving Tuesday goal. The nonprofit says the first $5,000 in donations will be matched by a private donor. CIFC serves more than 16,000 people a year through health, education, and housing programs in the Danbury area. The group says any size donation helps keep services accessible for families who rely on them.
