A 45 year old Newtown woman is accused of stalking and trespassing after police say she planted a camera at Pleasant Paws Pet Center during a fight over her late brother’s dog. Officers say the device was strapped to a tree overlooking the play yard. The investigation tied the trail camera to Teresita Chargualaf, who had been pressuring staff about the Labrador. She was arrested on a warrant in November and released on a promise to appear. A plea hearing is set for January.
