Wilton has named Dawn Marie Savo as the town’s new chief financial officer, replacing Dawn Norton who resigned in August amid a scandal. Savo, formerly Stratford’s finance director, brings more than 33 years of municipal finance experience. She officially started Monday, with an overlap period planned to ensure a smooth transition in the town’s finance department.
