Electric crews have restored power to most customers after high winds and heavy rain knocked out electricity across Connecticut. Eversource reported about 166 outages remained late Sunday, down sharply from earlier counts. The utility says crews worked nonstop, restoring service to more than 85 thousand customers and clearing hundreds of blocked roads.
