An 80 year old Bethel landmark is set to reopen after a brief closure. The Sycamore Drive In Restaurant on Greenwood Avenue will reopen under new ownership, according to the property owner. The restaurant name and several signature menu items, including the Dagwood Burger and the homemade root beer, will remain. The interior will close for renovations for a month or two before reopening. The Sycamore property has remained in the same family for eight decades.
