Danbury police are investigating a deadly shooting at a Lake Avenue townhouse. Officers were called Wednesday just before 8:40pm after a gun was fired inside a home. Police say a single round went through a wall and struck a neighbor, who later died at the hospital. The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Victor Quispe of Danbury. The suspected shooter left before officers arrived. Investigators say it appears to be an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
