Connecticut has reached a $416,000 settlement with Crisp Cannabis and a related company over alleged violations tied to a premature merger. The attorney general says the businesses improperly transferred operational control of three cannabis locations before notifying regulators. The state says the companies coordinated operations for more than 100 days in violation of antitrust and consumer protection laws. Under the agreement, $104,000 must be paid within 30 days, with the remainder waived if compliance terms are met.
