Did you lose your cell phone service on Wednesday. Tens of thousands did, and now Verizon says it will issue a 20 dollar credit to customers affected by a nationwide network outage. The company says credits can be claimed through the myVerizon app. Verizon has not disclosed the cause of the outage.
