A 28 year old New York man has been arrested and charged in the killing of a Danbury church leader. Putnam County deputies say Santos Vasquez Ramirez admitted to murdering 66 year old Aurelio Zhunio-Orbez, whose body was found in a reservoir after he was reported missing. Police say the victim’s taxi was stolen after the killing and later recovered.
