Southbury Animal Control is trying to track down who left a young Great Pyrenees outside a Bank of America branch on Main Street South. Officers say the neutered male, about 2 to 3 years old and roughly 67 pounds, was found wearing a black pronged collar but appeared friendly. Desmond’s Army Animal Law Advocates is putting up a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Anyone who knows who dumped the dog is asked to call Southbury Animal Control at 203-262-0613.
