A nationwide recall has been issued for certain batches of ByHeart baby formula linked to an outbreak of infant botulism that’s hospitalized 13 babies in 10 states. The FDA says no deaths have been reported, and no cases so far in Connecticut. State health officials are urging parents to stop using the recalled formula and follow FDA instructions for disposal or replacement.
