Benchmark Senior Living has purchased the Church Hill Village assisted-living community, renaming it Benchmark at Newtown. The 71-unit campus, including dementia care services, is the company’s 21st location in Connecticut. Benchmark operates nearly 70 communities across the Northeast and employs roughly 7,200 people.
