Brookfield Accused Of Withholding Evidence In Church Lawsuit

A Brazilian church suing the town of Brookfield over alleged religious discrimination now claims the town is violating federal court rules by failing to turn over evidence. Attorneys for K Church say Brookfield missed a court ordered deadline and issued broad objections instead of producing documents. The lawsuit stems from a zoning dispute over use of the former Fox Hill Inn as a place of worship. Brookfield denies any discrimination and says its actions were based on zoning rules.
