Charges against a West Haven man accused of assaulting a Danbury woman have been dismissed. Prosecutors say 37 year old Kevin Reyes completed a court-ordered family violence education program. Reyes had faced strangulation, assault and disorderly conduct charges tied to a June incident. The woman involved was later arrested in a separate case for allegedly sharing intimate images of Reyes.
