Charges Dropped Against Former Bank Ceo in Danbury Dog Attack Case

Charges have been dismissed against 77 year old Harold Wibling, the former bank CEO accused of fatally striking his neighbor’s dog with a golf club and assaulting the dog’s owner. The court dropped animal cruelty and assault charges after Wibling completed a diversionary program. His attorney cited dementia as the cause of the incident. A civil lawsuit is still pending.
