Governor Ned Lamont has ordered all Connecticut executive branch office buildings closed to the public today because of the winter storm. Level 1 state employees are expected to report as directed, while Level 2 employees should not report to work. Lamont says travel should be avoided so plow crews can clear snow and ice.
