Connecticut State Police say a 19-year-old from New York was found asleep behind the wheel of a self-driving Tesla on Interstate 91 up in Wethersfield early Friday morning. The car was moving at just 30 miles per hour with hazard lights on. Troopers say the driver showed signs of impairment and failed sobriety tests. He was charged with DUI, reckless driving, and endangerment.
