Danbury has approved a 32 unit apartment building at the foot of Main Street after a developer successfully pushed back against paying for traffic signal upgrades. The project adds a fourth story and 10 more units to a plan first approved in 2024, replacing two South Street homes near Rogers Park. City planners ultimately waived the signal improvement requirement, clearing the way for the expanded development to move forward.
