Danbury officials have approved a four-building expansion at a 14-acre industrial site on Great Pasture Road near the Bethel border. The site, once contaminated from audio tape manufacturing, was remediated to federal standards 20 years ago. The wetlands commission gave unanimous approval after reviewing stormwater plans and environmental safeguards. Three new buildings will be in Danbury, with a fourth on the Bethel side, pending additional local review.
