The Danbury Fire Department has named Paul Perrotti as its Firefighter of the Year. Perrotti is the only member in the city’s history to receive both volunteer and career firefighter honors. He is being praised as a role model for his professionalism, commitment, and dedication to the community. A longtime resident and Abbott Tech graduate, Perrotti has served as Chief’s Aide, earning the nickname “GPS” for his unmatched knowledge of local roads.
