A 41 year old Danbury man accused of stalking his neighbor was arrested again after police say he set off fireworks near her home. Officers say Michael Coschigano violated a court order by lighting fireworks close to the woman’s property, where propane tanks were nearby. It’s his fifth arrest this year involving the same neighbor. He was charged with violating a release order, reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct, and then was released on a $10,000 bond.
