A Danbury man already accused of tormenting his neighbor is now charged with attacking a sanitation worker. Police say 41 year old Michael Coschigano blocked a garbage truck on Waterview Drive, cursed at the worker, rushed him, and then spit in his face during a September confrontation caught on the truck’s camera. Officers say Coschigano drove off before police arrived. He was arrested last week on a breach of peace charge. He’s also facing separate cases for electronic stalking and setting off fireworks near his neighbor’s home. Court hearings are set for January 6.
