41 year old Michael Coschigano of Danbury was arrested last Thursday on a felony electronic stalking charge after a neighbor accused him of months of harassment. Court records now say Coschigano repeatedly monitored and intimidated the woman, tampered with her property, and repositioned cameras to watch her. He pleaded not guilty at arraignment and was released for now anyway, on bond. He has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 23.
