35 year old Elizabeth Rodriguez of Danbury has been charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy in an alleged DraftKings fraud scheme that has now led to at least 19 arrests statewide. Investigators say more than $190,000 in fraudulent activity involved stolen credit card information used on DraftKings accounts across several Connecticut cities. Court records show Rodriguez was released on a $1,000 bond and is due back in Danbury Superior Court March 23.
