An automobile crash in Easton involving a deer proved fatal to a Newtown woman. Police say 47 year old Erin Heneghan of Newtown is dead after a deer caused her to crash her car on Route 59 in Easton. Police say Henegan was driving a Honda Pilot when a pickup truck headed in the other direction hit the deer, causing it to go airborne and crash through the windshield of the Honda and land in the passenger compartment before being ejected out through the rear window.
