A 67 year old New Fairfield man charged with possession of child sexual abuse material faced delays in his court case during a hearing in Danbury. John Fairchild has yet to enter a plea to the charges, and concerns were raised about his legal representation after his attorney, Jonathan Einhorn, announced his retirement. Fairchild’s case has been delayed multiple times since his February arrest, which stemmed from an investigation linked to the suspicious death of his wife. The case will continue in court on November 19th.
