A developer is proposing to demolish two homes on Greenwood Avenue in Bethel and replace them with 18 one-bedroom apartments. The site is in a transit-oriented zoning district near downtown, which allows for higher-density housing. Four of the units would be designated affordable under current requirements. The Planning and Zoning Commission is expected to schedule a public hearing on the project.
