DraftKings will pay $3 million to 7,000 Connecticut consumers following a state investigation into its marketing tactics. The Department of Consumer Protection said the probe focused on bonus offers made between late 2021 and early 2023. As part of the settlement, DraftKings will improve staff training and customer education. The company also agreed to pay $50,000 toward consumer protection programs. Impacted customers are expected to be contacted within 60 days.
