A Bethel man is facing charges in connection with a fatal hit and run pedestrian crash on Nashville Road. Police say 66 year old Andrew Hitchcock was arrested on a warrant for evading responsibility in the September 22 crash that killed 65 year old Michael Rieve. Investigators say Rieve was struck while checking his mailbox and the driver kept going. Court records show Hitchcock currently is free on bond.
