Eversource is using a low-flying helicopter to trim tree limbs along some power line corridors now through Friday, January 16, weather permitting. Flights are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. The helicopter work helps reduce manual labor, lowers risk to crews, and protects local wildlife while keeping transmission lines clear to prevent outages for thousands of customers.
