Eversource is launching a new mobile training unit designed to bring hands-on instruction directly to lineworkers across Connecticut. The Agile Technical Training Unit will travel to area work centers statewide, cutting down on travel time to the company’s main facility. Company officials say the goal is to boost safety, speed up training on new equipment, and improve reliability for customers. The unit begins operating this month.
